The Student Progress Management System is an interactive web-based tool designed to help educational institutions—specifically teachers and project instructors—monitor, evaluate, and manage student progress on academic projects and coursework. 👉User Roles & Access Control : The system is built around a comprehensive Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architecture with three primary user types: 👉1. Three Types of Users Admin: Controls everything, manages system settings, and creates accounts. Instructor (Teacher): Manages courses, creates projects, assigns students to teams, and gives grades. Student: Logs in to see assigned tasks, submits daily work updates, and tracks their own progress. 👉2. Easy Login & Dashboard Users can register and log in to a personalized dashboard that shows what they need to do. 👉3. Project & Team Management Teachers can create projects and group students into teams. Teachers can break big projects down into smaller, easier tasks. 👉4. Daily Work Tracking Students can submit their daily "productivity" by entering their start and end times for tasks. The system automatically calculates how many hours a student worked on a project. 👉5. Grading & Evaluation Teachers can evaluate the daily updates submitted by students. Teachers can add marks/grades for specific tasks, midterms, or exams. 👉6. Marksheet Reports The system puts all the grades and work hours together into a final report. Teachers can easily print out a final marksheet for the students.
