About Me
I’m a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer focused on delivering reliable software through manual testing, API testing, and test automation. I completed two QA Skill Development Programs from OSTAD and Khulna University, where I gained practical experience testing the live ERP application DiZi Cashier. I wrote and executed 1,000+ manual test cases, tested Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Customer Management, and Reporting modules, identified critical defects, and reported them using Jira while managing test cases in TestRail. I’m also expanding my automation testing skills through Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Newman, and JMeter, with hands-on projects in UI and API automation. Alongside QA, my experience delivering 20+ PHP/Laravel projects has given me a strong understanding of client requirements, business logic, and application behavior, helping me create more effective test scenarios and communicate efficiently with developers.
